When I took my car to Columbia Auto Collision, I had just been in a huge accident. I was scared and stressed out about the whole experience because I'd never been in a serious accident before. The staff at Columbia Auto Collision really put me at ease as they took care of everything quickly and professionally. They were able to get the job done way quicker than I expected. I'm back on the road!
Ever since Columbia Auto Collision opened it's doors, I've been a customer. I've literally been going there for decades. Me and Eddie are good buddies. I've referred dozens of people there, because they do business right. I mean they really treat their customers good. I've seen them do work for free sometimes! There was a couple that went in there for mechanical work and their was some type of misdiagnosis or something, but make a long-story-short, they made a little mistake, and they fixed it, PLUS some. Just good business.
I've been to Columbia Auto Collision about 3 times so far. I was referred there by my Dad. My family tends to all use the same services. For instance, we all have the same doctor and dentist. It's not for sure yet, but it definitely looks like Columbia Auto Collision is close to being my family's auto repair place. The first time I went in it was for body work, but then one of the staff members mentioned that they did all types of other services, too. After they did a good job on my, I brought it in for some mechanical work. Exceeded my expectations again, so I'll be back, and so will probably the rest of the family!
